Shipping policy
US customers shopping on our website enjoy free ground shipping on orders $250+ (excluding jewelry). For orders below $250, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and they may vary by merchandise and destination. For security, all jewelry orders require next business day shipping service, which costs $40. All orders require a signature for delivery. We cannot deliver to a PO box. You must provide a secure residential or business address for delivery. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact shop@hirshleifers.com. Please note that next day air orders shipped on Friday will not be delivered until the next business day (Monday).
For International orders to eligible countries* shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and they may vary by merchandise and destination. International orders are shipped by UPS or DHL. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
International orders to eligible countries* are shipped DDP (delivered duty paid). Shopify Managed Markets will calculate and collect duties and taxes automatically at checkout. These costs are in addition to the merchandise price and shipping fees charged at checkout. Please note, once you have submitted your order and we have fulfilled your order we are unable to refund or reimburse duties and taxes collected.
*Beginning June 19th, 2026 we will no longer ship orders to EU countries and EFTA Markets due to EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling Period) Compliance requirements in those regions.
