It is admittedly kind of an odd time to be posting about
Christmas… But I am officially in spring cleaning mode and so it’s with great sadness (read: reluctance) that I’m getting rid of my Selfridges Beauty Advent Calendar. I received this for Christmas from my brother and his girlfriend and I’ve been very good with not opening all the windows at once
to the point where come May 2015, I still had a couple of windows left.
I decided it was probably time to let go, open those last few windows and throw away the packaging which let me tell you, when it looks this good it’s not an easy to do. If you’re unfamiliar with the Selfridges Beauty Advent Calendar, I would highly recommend you check it out next winter.
I wasn’t really a fan of the concept before I received this I like samples as much as the next girl but I find it somehow objectionable to actually pay for them. These however, were the most amazing samples ever. I always find myself travelling a lot in the first half of the year and these have been perfect to take away with me most have more than enough product to see you through 2 weeks and sometimes even longer!
These are the most deluxe of deluxe samples and it’s been amazing for trying out new items and actually getting a real feel for how well they work. I still have a ton left and am slowing working my way through them but at this rate, it’ll probably see me all the way through to next Christmas 🙂
